The  open Submission Period is January 15, 2025. Official nominees will be released to the public on February 15, 2025  (Voting Ballot).

Performance selection decisions are made between March 1, 2025 - April 1, 2025. Voting begins March 1, 2025 and will last through March 30, 2025. Submissions close on February 13, 2025, for nominations at 9 PM Central time.

Official Guidelines and Criteria for the Sonic Entertainment 

Music Awards Association are determined by the 

Sonic Entertainment Music Panel Members.

The Sonic Entertainment Music Awards will continue to enhance 

and  strengthen the guidelines each year to align independent 

Artists fully  with the majors. This progression in your career 

and our guidelines  will ensure you have all the tools to

move your career further if that  is the path you choose. 

We do not  guarantee your success on any level,  that is up to you.  

Please read through the following guidelines and category criteria  information carefully prior to submitting your work. 

Categories that have a 1 year eligibility period requires that 

the official release dates of your material would need to 

be from  February 1, 2024 - November 21, 2024.
